InfoSec Associates have a "stable" of staff.
As businesses become increasingly accountable for
the effective managment of their information, it becomes necessary
to actively manage information.
Traditionally, most organisations have been able to
treat information management as a part of general corporate governance.
In today's regulatory information environment, multiple initiatives
and requirements create complex and often contradictory problems
that must be addressed by directors.
InfoSec Associates have developed a number of methodologies
to expose the complexities and allow you to identify precisely where
effort is required and value can be added.
Support and Consultancy
Where possible we aim to work with you to enable them
to manage the problems using your own people and equipment. Where
additional resource is required, we can help you choose the most
cost effective option.
Part time board members
We acknowledge that Information Governance is a board
level responsibility. It is also clear that for many organisations,
it will not be possible to support a dedicated Information Governance
function at board level.
We have a number of experienced company directors
who have detailed experience implementing Information Governance
projects. We can support you with an interim or part time board
member to co-rdinate Information Governance and Information Management
Activity.
Our Information Governance Directors and Chief Information
Officers are drawn from a range of disciplines and backgrounds and
we can generally arrange a profile to suit your specific requriements.
